Jaime (Marcy)'s Story

Hey everyone..wow this is awesome! Although I am on FB more this is a great way to find ole friends! After I left high school I moved to Toronto for a while then it was off to Los Angeles where I spent many years acting, modelling and writing songs. It was an awesome time, I also changed my name to Jaime at that time, it was a much better fit for what I was doing. After many years in LA I moved to Sydney Australia where I lived until I was in my thirties. In Australia I worked as a bartender than a chef. I went on to go to Culinary School at Le Cordon Bleu, where I recieved my master chef papers. When school was done I spentjust over a year cooking in the Cayman Islands. I love sun and warm weather and just the feel of the people and way of life from LA to Au..so coming back to Canada wasnt easy but here I am. I married a man from the Waterloo area and we have 2 beautiful kids, Brett,17 who is incredibly smart, athletic and musical he is in grade 11, plays guitar in a rock band ...Expand for more
and is team captain of his rugby team at school. Lexi is almost 13 going on 17!! She is an amazing girl, she plays hockey and baseball and has just signed her first contract with a model/talent agency in Toronto. She is an amazing singer/actor and I see her on Broadway one day. She sings with Brett's band now and then and she kicks it!! Me well I decided to be a stay at home mom for the first years and then I started a small catering business and candy company. I work when I want and the rest of the time its all about running kids from practises to auditions to lessons. Brett will have his liscence at the end of the month so there goes my car!! lol I hope this letter finds everyone well and happy with successes of their own to tell. I look forward to hearing from anyone who would like to catch up on the last what 30 years?! Wow it seems like a lifetime ago and then you find an old best friend and it seems like just yesterday. You can almost pick up where you left off... xox jaime
